Cyrus Etemad-Moghadam

About the presenter: 

Cyrus Etemad-Moghadam is a Product Development expert with over 30 years of experience conceptualizing, engineering, prototyping and transitioning products to production. After working in defense, telecommunications, consulting for various companies, working for large companies and founding startups, Cyrus decided to start a services organization developing products for companies in medical, industrial, climate tech, surveillance, communications and consumer markets.

RPM Tech is now 17 years old and continuing to grow organically. A team of model makers, engineers and designers innovate, solve problems, prototypes in a facility filled with a broad range of tools and capabilities. Cyrus holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University. To stay in balance, Cyrus mountain bikes, skis, sails, hikes, climbs and loves to be outdoors, especially with his family.

Lynda Katz Wilner, MS, CCC-SLP is a speech and communication trainer and coach, a licensed and certified Speech and Language Pathologist, and a professional speaker.  Lynda is the founder and director of Successfully Speaking, a communication consulting firm that helps individuals SPEAK, SOUND, and LOOK like Leaders. This includes professional speaking skills, professional image, voice improvement, and regional dialect and foreign accent modification. She conducts public speaking master classes to individuals and companies. Lynda has coached entrepreneurs to prepare them for pitch competitions. She is a network advisor for TEDCO and has taught numerous pitch delivery classes at  the University of Baltimore’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

Takia Ross is a professional make-up artist, owner of Accessmatized; home of Pretty Mobile Baltimore, DMV First Mobile Make-Up Studio and creator of KiKi Thunda Cosmetics. Takia’s artistry has been featured in over 50 publications and seen on national networks like NBC and BET.
