The Merrick School of Business cordially invites you to our Research Dialogue Series.

This series allows Merrick Faculty to present an overview of their research to the wider UB community through a series of engaging talks. Faculty will host short talks designed to capture the interest of colleagues, students, and alumni. Research results will also be linked with implications for teaching and practice.

Join us on October 28 for Associate Professor of Management, Lisa Stickney's, presentation, "Refining engagement: A team process model."

Lisa Stickney, associate professor of management, will be discussing her new research Refining engagement: A team process model. In her research, she along with her fellow scholars, present and test a framework of team engagement. The research discusses the link of antecedents to task and relational engagement, team processes, and outcomes. Their framework can enhance the way engagement is used for team selection, training, outcomes, and employee retention.
